I led the redesign of the Fidelity onboarding teams “new hire experience” surveys to better reflect their objectives and areas for future improvement. I also facilitated Week 1 learning webinars to over 600 new and converting associates. Gained general knowledge in the different areas of HR with a focus in Talent Acquisition and onboarding.

Assist students in reviewing their resumes, cover letters, and explore potential careers and opportunities to best fit their skill set.

I worked with the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition team at Marsh McLennan Agency to help them develop a more current campus recruitment strategy plan for the upcoming year. This included diversifying their talent pipeline with more concrete plans to visit regional HBCU’s and attend multicultural career events. I also worked alongside other colleagues and learned about the world of business insurance and operations at a large company!
