Responsible for all administration work, including diary management, database updating, CV formatting, client and candidate contract updating issuing, online vacancy posting. Also as Head of Research I conducted many information gathering searches online to assist consultants in keeping up to date with sector moves and position openings. I was also responsible for raising and distributing all company invoices, and tracking received payments. On a daily basis I would update company financials spreadsheets, providing Management with updated information on company financials.Also my role included dealing with all office management duties including ordering stationery, liaising with IT support staff, answering telephones and taking messages.
