Driving impactful initiatives and fostering a vibrant community, spearhead strategic planning, program, development, and community engagement, ensuring the organizations commitment to enriching the lives of Jewish students on campus. I have crafted an executed, a visionary, roadmap, aligning initiatives with the organization mission upholding a commitment to enhancing Jewish identity, and fasting intellectual exploration among members.I have advocated for the interests of Jewish students on campus, addressing their needs and concerns through effective communication with university administration and faculty. I have insured that Hillel remains a vital resource and advocate for the Jewish community .

Design and implement engaging and effective Hebrew language and Judaic activities for students of varying proficiency levels in group and individual settings. As well as provide guidance and support for students as they explore and develop their own Jewish identity.

Supervise and ensure safety of students, 5-12 years old, during school and after-school hours. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities. Aid in homework assistance, facilitate small group activities, and provide academic support to students.

Facilitate difficult discussions between Jewish students and non-Jewish students regarding antisemitism and bigotry, discussing topics relating to Jewish life and culture. Lead and aid younger students, as well as community members, in how to lead discussions, encompassing respect for diverse religious communities.
