About Hayley Mackellar

I am a Performance Netball Coach with over 15 years of coaching experience across all ages. I am passionate and professional and my mission is nurture performance as well as mentor players and coaches within the pathway. I have experience in leadership and event planning for large scale competitions, pathway structures/ frameworks and managing competitive and social leagues. I have successfully coached within the performance pathway for many years. I am a learner who is passionate about creating high performance cultures in teams, regardless of the context; sport, education, corporate and in life! My experience as a high performance athlete and coach, combined with an established and ever-expanding network of expertise both nationally and internationally, enable me to work skilfully alongside athletes and coaches as they seek to be better than before.Currently, I am working with Akuma as a Netball specialist and Business Development Manager. I am also a Performance Netball coach within Netball Scotland and Nottingham Forest with experience of Coaching at National and International events .
