Chamber is the largest employer representative body in the Island, a vibrant association of members from all business sectors who are dedicated to the promotion of trade, commerce and the general prosperity of Jersey. Chamber is completely self funded by its membership, quite autonomous of Government and is able to express an independent view. Hayley is responsible for Chamber's marketing and events, including the Chamber Lunch Series, which is a mainstay of Jersey's business event calendar.

Exposure Promotions is an integrated experiential, PR and live events agency specialising in fashion, music, sports, charity and FMCG clients. During her time at Exposure, Hayley produced individual events and event campaigns for a wide variety of B2B and B2C brands, overseeing projects and production teams from pitch/brief stage to onsite delivery. She was event client-lead on major agency accounts including Wrigley, Cadbury Trebor Basset, Forevermark (DeBeers), Sony B2B, Umbro, Virgin Unite, Heineken and Save the Children accounts. She ran integrated campaigns incorporating digital and PR elements as well as technical and outdoor events including outdoor festival campaigns. She also managed UK and pan-European experiential road shows, luxury product launch events in Asia, award ceremonies, gala dinners, conferences, exhibition stands and pop-up stores She produced events that were part of the award-winning Umbro ‘Tailored by England’ kit launch campaign and the Save the Children ‘Make Your Mark’ Festival Campaign.

Gyro International was the largest, privately owned B2B and B2C integrated brand communications agency in Europe with an annual turnover of $300 million and 500 employees world-wide (it has since become Gyro HSR.) Client list included major Technology, Telecoms, Hotel, Airline, Charity, Finance, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical companies. During her time at Gyro, Hayley managed several of the company’s largest event accounts, developing new business and forming an integral part of a team that increased four-fold due to client demand. She lead the team responsible for delivering 72 events per quarter in the UK and throughout EMEA for the largest agency account, Oracle Software, allocating and reporting on a £3 million budget. Events delivered included product launches, large (500 person plus) conferences, sponsorship events, exhibitions, workshops and seminars and exclusive C-level round table forums. She formed part of the pitch team responsible for the then largest event pitch win to date in New York, subsequently working on secondment in the New York office and producing events in New York and Las Vegas.
