I have a strong background in genetic laboratory assays and molecular analyses. In my current position as a cancer genomics specialist, I apply my knowledge and skills in molecular data analysis, quality control, and variant interpretation. As a variant curator, I was responsible for conducting clinical literature research, performing next-generation sequencing and sanger analyses, coordinating patient data and clinical tests, and assisting with SOP optimization.I am also a PhD candidate in biological anthropology and have contributed to different publications, projects, and research protocols in the field of human biology. I am passionate about advancing the understanding and application of genomic medicine and improving health outcomes for patients and diverse populations.
