Before life at Apple Transcription I spent time as a teacher and NHS administrator developing my key strengths - a keen eye for detail, communication and the ability to multi-task. As a transcription manager I oversee a fast-paced but friendly enterprise, liaising daily with multinational corporations, legal professionals, healthcare specialists and academics to create custom solutions to a diverse range of transcription needs. Although currently I'm the main point of contact for customer relations at Apple Transcription, you'll also find me behind the scenes training and managing our growing team of freelancers and office admin staff.
