I have worked with Pestco Exterminating Company since 2014. I started off as a receptionist, worked my way into managing accounts/routes, trained as a registered technician and became a certified applicator through the NC Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services Structural Pest Control Division while being a full-time student attending CFCC first then transferring to the University of North Carolina Wilmington where I obtained a bachelors degree in business administration. In early 2024, I was provided with an opportunity to design websites, create marketing strategies and provide analytics based on my strategies. With more opportunities unfolding, I decided to form my own website design and marketing management company, Shadow Gray, LLC. Prior to graduating high school, I had always had a desire to help others. I took part in many volunteer opportunities while in high school, but after graduation I took a different role: organizing events. Since high school gradutation, I have created/assisted with several events such as the annual "Big Al Memorial Hunts" where I have assisted in raising over $100,000 for families with loved ones battling cancer or rare diseases, the annual "Joe West Canned Food Drive", several youth events and more!
