As Account Champion, I was assigned to clients as the direct contact for all operational helpdesk tasks. During my time as Account Champion I was assigned to 2 different blue chip clients. This role included, reporting, feedback, problematic site reports, communicating change to helpdesk and training helpdesk on client needs and expectations. Within this role, I learnt and improved on an array of skills, including:Training | Communication | Reporting | Mentoring | Leadership | Decision Making | Organising and Delegating | Facilities - Hard & Soft Services | Planned & Reactive Maintenance | Client Relations

Using an Information Management System, as part of a team, I would be managing the day to day activity of incoming maintenance jobs from retail and restaurant clients. Adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) allowed me to strongly develop my time management skills and ability to meet strict dealines. Working within a team was a very important factor for this role which has helped me grow as a team member and an individual.
