Taking on new ways to grow Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County's Development efforts - through hosting amazing fundraising events, building community & corporate partnerships, communicating what we do best, and engaging with Bucks County's giving community to support the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County; to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

- Meet with senior management to develop department annual social media calendar..• Create and execute detailed project plans for events and social media communications.• Recruit, encourage, and coordinate participation of organization’s staff and outside volunteers to assist with event details as necessary.• Act as liaison to corporate sponsors to benefits are properly acknowledged.• Research, develop and cultivate new networking relationships in order to market the organization’s branding and mission values to bring in donations and resources for the agency. • Review and analyze social media analytics to reach goals and objectives.• Write and edit organization’s publications.• Attend events to educate and inform outside community organizations and businesses regarding the mission of BBBSBC and agency needs.• Knowledge of platforms (Classy, Salesforce, MobileCause, Aweber, Buffer, Canva, Constant Contact, and WordPress for website maintenance and design)*Create brochures, flyers and signage for events.*Help maintain and update company website.*Create budgets and expenses for upcoming fiscal years.*Attend Young Professional meetings at local Chamber of Commerce's on behalf of BBBSBC.
