Responsibilities:● Cold calling and follow up calls● To keep a high level of customer service to clients and future clients● Ensure the client is aware of all information and provide as much help as possible● Maintain accurate and detailed notes in Excel spreadsheets for future analysis● Training other callers when applicable and ensure they are aware of the processes

Responsibilities:● Ensure that students are completing work and have sufficient help for their NCEA assessments and exams ● Responsible for the students getting home safely ● Leading a group of students in various active games● Providing any further help, or answering questions surrounding future study at the University of Canterbury
