Failure will happen; learning and growing from failure is what is important. I am always willing to try new experiences, gain new strengths, and grow as a highly motivated person.I am ambitious, reliable, and proactive on and off the field. I am a team player who enjoys collaborating with my peers and teammates. I like to think creatively and often look at situations with multiple perspectives. I am an optimist who loves to challenge myself and believe everyday is a chance to improve.I am also an experienced Peer Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the education industry. As a well-rounded student-athlete and sorority member, I practice excellent time management skills. I just graduated from Olin Business school with a double major in Economics and Strategy and Organization and Strategic Management with a minor in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
