Organizing internal & external campaigns.• Preparation & communication of presentations & trainings including sales tools and applications for the sales teams & technicians.• Coordinating of spare parts, maintenance, and service operations; Communication and coordination in events and programs such as roadshows, fairs and travels.• Analysis of new coming products, used, rental and new business opportunities and preparation of feasibility reports.

- Management of Production, Construction Sites and Projects • Coordination of sales of materials, asphalt plant and construction site.• Workflow, organization, machinery, fleet and equipment management.• Control and design of splitting, filling calculations, - Official Tender Processes• Conducting cost analysis, preparing unit price bids and tender files - conducting the tender flow, including payment & progress payment.• Establishment and management of relations with Municipalities, Road Maintenance Regional Directorates and General Directorate of Highways.
