Cheeseology is a cheese making experience utilizing as much local vendors (as much as possible) in both cheese classes and our retail store. Come in and make cheese, build your own caprese salad with oils, balsamic and spices from Joe and Sons; make your own board or purchase our pre made boards; make some mozzarella and we will bake the pizza you make in 2-3 minutes with the Ooni pizza oven and dough and sauce from Due Amici; and our wines are limited production and change monthly! We also do corporate team building events in and home classes, wherever you like to make cheese!
