• Responsible for all QA/QC documents of the entire project including Certificates, Calibration, Test Results, Inspection Request, Non-compliance Reports and Site Instruction/ Observations, Permanent Materials delivered and other QA/QC Documents. • Responsible for the Quality and workmanship of each activity through knowledge of all discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations. • Develop method statement for the activity. • Liaise with the technical engineer for submission of material submittals to the consultant. • Coordinate with the Consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting regarding quality issues, including the closure of Non Compliance report. • Carry out inspections, monitor and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activities at the site are as per approved shop drawings and method of statements. • Perform all daily inspections including activities/material and test of the scope which is necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specification for all works. Haytham Sedeek Mohamed Ibrahim Tolan • Coordinate and follow up with laboratory to carry out the required tests, receive the results ensure its compliance to the project specs/material data sheet, then submission to Consultant. • Issue Internal Site Instructions, Non Conformance to the Subcontractor for any works not complying with the Project Specifications. • Ensure compliance to Safety Regulations. • Ensure that the Site Team are working on the last revision of shop drawing.
