• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.• Establishes performance metrics for measurement or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.• Sets objectives, goals, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and progress against goals.• Designs business process changes necessary to simplify and optimize operations end to end.• Work with procurement supervisor and buyers for right product sourcing.• Negotiates contracts and deals for supplies and services with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize patient satisfaction.• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.• Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.• Recruits, trains, and develops staff talents to improve department operations and efficiency.• Analyzes data to optimize performance and focus on the product areas with the highest potential.• Implementation of a new ERP-HIS system to be able to streamline entire group and all data in one place, enabling more accurate reporting and a more efficient, collaboration-based, and data-driven work environment.• Participates in functional training programs for Procurement and inventory group team members to improve team efficiency and development.• Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies.
