Haythem Bellil was born on July 25th, 1983 in El Jem, Tunisia. His exposure to a musically-rich environment from a young age helped shape his exquisite taste in music. His great fascination for music creation, which initially began with rapping and beat making in the late 90s, then continued with electronic music towards the end of the 90s, paved the way for the expansion his work and the growth of his impact within the music industry.Before starting his career as an Audio Engineer, Haythem’s passion went along with tones and led him naturally into the field of music. In 2006, he graduated from the Higher Institute of Music in Sousse, majoring in Music Computing, a degree that was crowned by the Presidential Excellence Award. Thanks to his extensive work in multiple recording studios, radio stations, festivals and music organizations. Haythem has built a wealth of knowledge about the craft of Studio & Live sound engineering. Throughout the years, he has gained great experience in providing innovative sound production and reliable recording services. The turning point in Haythem's career as a sound engineer was the foundation of BAYLA studio in 2010, the only professional recording facility in his town. For over 10 years, his company has offered a comprehensive production of professional audio creations. It is one of the most famous music recording studios in Tunisia with a large number of audio recordings, including voice-overs for major national and international industrial, commercial and cinematographic companies, as well as many music hits in Tunisia and the Arab world.From 2014 till 2019, Haythem also occupied the position of a sound design, mixing and studio recording techniques instructor in several recognized establishments and acted as a pedagogical consultant at different universities in his country. He believes that sharing his expertise and insights with others will eventually lead to the growth of this field. In 2021, he shifted his focus to founding the MUSOUNDIO label and platform as a step forward to achieving his lifelong dream. This project is the fruit of many years of research in the history of rare vocalists and instruments. Haythem Bellil continues to thrive not only in influencing the music industry in Tunisia, but also in helping create featured musical trends together with a wide spectrum of artists, musicians and industry professionals.
