Key leadership role responsible for managing the Clean Air North America test operations team. This role also includes the chairperson of the global Clean Air test facilities. I am an experienced technical leader with proven managerial skills, significant leadership capability, experience with emission control technologies, and strong communication skills at both the working and senior levels. Directly responsible for leading a team of technicians and engineers to provide test services to support NPIS, NTI/TRL, and Core Science programs. My scope of responsibility includes performance testing on engine and flow lab with emissions analysis, XNOx injector, and FDS testing. It also includes all durability testing including vibration, thermal stress, rig, NVH, and component fatigue testing. My position provides engineering and technical leadership to test engineers to develop test methods, procedures, and analysis reporting. Additionally, my role is responsible to determine the business justification for outsourced testing.
