• Troubleshooting application issues by working with the OEM and Tier to identify the root cause, specify 3M solutions on engineering drawings and launch the related products/applications• Lead technical interactions with customers to understand their needs and engaging them with 3M solutions –responsible from Turkey and Romania projects• Identify the best solution for an application through testing and analyzing the results with a detailed report according to customer specifications• Work with 3M’s global product development team to develop and commercialize NPIs by providing voice of customer• Lead new product design (NPD) from early concept stages through to vehicle launch by implementing key design principles• Coordinate the projects which improve quality problems and/or cost of costumer• Accelerate new business funnel through data driven interactions with customers – 10M$ opportunity management• Work closely with multi-functional teams to create and execute long-term product road-maps• Provide customer training for teaching 3M products and technology and being technical coach to support sales & marketing teams for new products (NPI)
