- Managing and leading US and global Non-capital & capital projects.- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates and business cases incorporating with process engineer. - Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.- Executed and maintained program management processes and disciplines in the areas of: program schedule and quality management; communications management; procurement management; cost management; scope management; risk / issue management; change management and stakeholder management. - Leading PMO processes to ensure the proper documentations are provided across the organization to adapt the culture. - Participate the development of consulting excellence and encouraged best practice in project management and project planning.- Co-leading the Project Capital Planning Committee meeting in which budget for the organization to influence organization's financial profitability is approved.

The lean six sigma process improvement role leads to develop, support and implement the process improvement approach in a systematic way. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Leading, supporting, and facilitating Process Improvement Projects,• Project Management Support; Defining work-plans, timelines, action items, deliverables and monitoring project status including preparing presentations for Go/No-Go management review meetings, status reporting, reporting the final report of the projects, creating deployment for rolling out the CAPAs and communication plan for the top management• Supporting the training for Green Belts during the process improvement period in order to trigger the self-process improvement steps at the plant level. • Supporting to identify improvement opportunities and kaizen projects and develop road map to reach future state. • Implement DMAIC phases in a project which are defined as; Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. • Helping to standardize and sustain the control plans based on the developed and suggested solutions. • Creating, developing, and implementing standardized workplace instructions. • Supporting to develop and implement standardizes processes and converting data into usable information by analyzing it with statistical tools and related software such as Minitab, Quality Companion• Working with team members to identify the non-value added activities i.e. waste elimination techniques within the process flows.• Evaluating process changes and calculating possible hard savings of the projects to obtain ROI of the project.

Participated in quality control procedures. Configured the operator job order and flowcharts of production processes. Participated in MRP processes.
