-Establish dashboards and reports by using business intelligence (Power BI) for operational and financial performance of APAC supply chain and customer service-Streamline process and automate data flow to enhance efficiency of data maintenance for higher productivity-Deliver performance results of APAC supply chain and customer service to all stakeholders regularly, ensuring the highest level of data integrity-Provide sophisticated analysis on business performance to cope with business changes-Serve as a key conduit to business users for requirements of ERP system (e.g. SAP, Business Object) by communicating and coordinating with IT team and users

-Conduct analysis of business requirements and objectives-Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.-Utilize Power BI to create insightful visualizations and reports.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes.-Maintenance and implement new functions in ERP system (FLEX)

-Application Consultant of Microsoft Dynamics 365-Participate actively in ERP Implementation Projects including Business requirement studies, system design, system testing, training, support, and maintenance.-Assist in Setup and Configuration of ERP-Assist in System integration

-analyzing operations and lab data using tableau/ PowerBI- Create visualization dashboards for daily monitoring(Trend, efficiency, turnaround time, equipmenteffectiveness, inventory)- Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, andimplementation across multiple teams

- Preform NGS library preparation works - Programming in different automated liquid handler using python- Offer internal training session about Lean Manufacturing - Perform reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, inventory keeping works and stock taking
