Loan closings for Commercial Real Estate, Commercial, Land, and Construction, Clearing of Real Estate Title i.e. Mortgage, Judgments, lien, payoffs. Ensure that local, state and federal requirements are met and that all paperwork is in order to close a transaction. Coordinate closings between Lender and clients. Prepare HUD 1 Settlement and closings documents. Disbursing the file including printing checks. Follow up on post closing. Preparing invoice, endorsements and billing. Balancing the Escrow Account.

Keeping and maintaining appropriate client records including retail loan accounts, deposit account, Smart Money Manager Accounts, financial plans, retail loan documentation, etc. Maintaining positive working relationships with other departments, specialists and outside centers of influence of PBs and PBMs, such as attorneys, CPAs, physicians, local advisory board members, etc. Facilitating the daily transactional needs of the Private Banking client base including retail loan documentation, processing deposits, retail loan proceeds, transfers, payments, overdrafts and other routine transactions. Supporting the sales effort by making follow up calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining and preparing client marketing materials.
