Loan closings for Commercial Real Estate, Commercial, Land, and Construction, Clearing of Real Estate Title i.e. Mortgage, Judgments, lien, payoffs. Ensure that local, state and federal requirements are met and that all paperwork is in order to close a transaction. Coordinate closings between Lender and clients. Prepare HUD 1 Settlement and closings.
