Working on Castle Farm involves wearing many different hats throughout the year and across the changing seasons. You might find me operating the forklift, driving the little Massey tractors, loaded with fresh lavender, teaching Christmas Wreath Courses to or recruiting for the busy summer season and generating rotas in the office! As a manager, I understand and can step into the various roles performed by the team, ensuring attention to detail and smooth day to day running of operations and events. Upskilling and empowering the team is a key focus as a manager. I am approachable and empathetic and always happy to hear people's ideas and work with them on any issues that may occur. I am positive and practically-minded with a "where there's a will, there's a way" attitude solving problems.
