BARTENDER• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.• Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing and storing of all garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.• Greets guests in courteous and friendly manner.• Promotes and documents orders for drinks.• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers.• Processes all payments for beverage purchases and ensures accuracy of said payments in order to balance all moneies.• Locks up and stores all beverage, food, and other equipment items.• Deposits cash drops and secures bank.• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to Health Department regulations.• Must be aware of and adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
