Conducting safeguarding and supportive referrals to; safeguarding and social services, alcohol / drug misuse, community mental health, Kent Fire and Rescue, vulnerability panelsSafeguarding victims by referring them to external agencies such as victims support, police for increased safety measures, IDVA for domestic abuse cases, supporting a move to an area of safety for high risk cases, keeping them informed along the way, and many more.
