The Lit Platform is an Arts Council-funded project that aims to explore, challenge and promote storytelling across the south west.

Planning, strategy and ideation of social media campaigns for consumer brands across soft drinks, airlines and charity organisations. Involves content creation, copywriting and analytics.

Working closely with the Directors and creative lead on any given project or campaign, my role is to devise the creative idea / vision with account team / Creative Director, and make it a reality. I lead on the development of integrated projects and am responsible for the agency’s creative and physical output of campaigns.

Rs & Rs:• Holding creative brainstorms to generate campaign ideas for new business pitches and retained clients • Working closely with the Creative Director and design team to take the creative vision behind a campaign – and make it a reality. • Responsible for physical output of campaigns and in the past two years has managed campaigns and design projects for clients such as M&S (Spark Something Good, #FollowtheFairies), PizzaExpress (Create Your New Favourite) and Direct Line (#directfix). • Delivering pitches for new business acquisitions• Influencer / stakeholder engagement • Influencer management including creation of deal memos and legal contracts• Event and experiential campaign management (such as Baileys Bar Chocolat event) • Photo shoot management; Sourcing photographer, drafting briefing documents etc • Account Management including client services; updates on various aspects of campaign, managing the team below (Account Executives) and above (Account Directors) to ensure that clients are satisfied with the level of work. Checking Key Performance Indicators to ensure brand mentions in media coverage have been adhered to and completed for each campaign• Managing and mentoring team members to deliver quality work and constantly progress in their role in the team and the broader business – this includes management on the intern programme at Unity and recruitment • Full understanding of evaluation techniques
