To liaise with customers on collection /delivery of documents required for scanning. Ensure customer documents are prepared carefully and any information they may contain is dealt with confidentially. Ensure all the documents and attachments are scanned to a high standard and are legible. Ensure all documents are down loaded onto disk. A duplicate copy must be made and kept as a backup. Ensure you are able to work to a certain output level of scanning as agreed.

South England

Travelling to, opening and running 6 out of the 11 shops throughout the south of England. Supervising & instructing staff; Training new staff as required; Serving customers & taking customer orders; Cashing up the till & banking; Stocktaking & ordering stock; Liaising with other shops and head office. I regularly dealt with colleagues at all levels.
