I have helped global organizations and institutions strengthen bilateral cooperation in education, culture, and public policy. As Executive Director of the U.S.-Mexico Commission for Educational and Cultural Exchange, COMEXUS (Fulbright-García Robles Commission, Mexico), I have led efforts to expand academic exchange opportunities, creating 13 new programs and managing an annual budget of over $8M USD.
