As Executive Director of COMEXUS (Fulbright Mexico), I have consolidated the organization as Mexico’s leading binational institution for educational and cultural exchange, launching 14 new programs, operating more than 20, and managing an annual budget exceeding $8M. By fostering partnerships between government, private sector, and higher education institutions, I secured $8.5M in additional funding while optimizing operations, saving over $1.2M in administrative costs.

As a Lecturer at ITAM's International Studies Department, I have taught over 1,000 students in courses on U.S. political processes, history, and international energy systems, consistently earning high evaluations (4.92/5). I have also advised multiple undergraduate theses and examined over 50 undergraduate degree oral defenses.

At the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económica (CIDE), in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, I taught the course "The Public Policy Process in the United States" as part of the Strategic International Analysis Diploma. I delivered this course on several occasions from March 2019 to April 2023.

At the Centro de Investigaciones sobre América del Norte (CISAN) at UNAM, I have taught modules on "Education in North America" as part of the Professionalization Diploma Program, addressing the international and regional dimensions of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. I have delivered these sessions on various occasions between 2016 and 2023.

I contributed to programs aimed at enhancing diplomatic understanding and skills among professionals and diplomats.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Líneas Aéreas Azteca, I contributed to the establishment of Mexico’s first low-cost airline and conducted market analyses for route expansion. I also participated in creating marketing strategies, establishing partnerships with Boeing and Continental Airlines, and renegotiating the labor contract with the airline workers' union.
