Offering support, advice and development to all eligible courses across the whole university. Raising student engagmeent and awareness through workshops, events and 1-2-1 sessions with students, with the aim to support those students in securing a placement and real world experience for their careers following University. Creating, building and maintaining relationships with external organisations and companies both locally and nationally to build the university's partnerships and network.

Supporting the development of work based learning opportunities for all students in the school, increasing student engagement and awareness, and developing links with external organisations, both locally and nationally.

Manage the provision of an efficient and effective administrative service for the members of support staff and all the courses in the postgraduate and executive education area. Managing and designing the development and implementation of efficient and effective administrative service for all professional and postgraduate activity.

Administration of courses in the Professional/Executive Education area from admissions to graduation. Responsible for coordinating the provision of budgetary support, invoice processing.

Worked within the Commercial Rights Department my work centred on providing a comprehensive service of advice, negotiation and clearance ensuring the availability of the necessary rights and clearances for the commercial exploitation and secondary use of BBC programmes both in the UK and internationally.
