After covering for a member of staff I was taken on full time by Gi Group recruitment agency. Being front of house I have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of all current recruitment contracts and the responsibility of dealing with all customer queries and complaints. My duties include:Interviewing people for roles and allocating candidates to correct positionsEvaluating a large quantity of CVs on a daily basisProcessing important documentation such as passports, sick notes and NI cardsChecking the invoices agaisnt the timesheets and reporting on discrepanciesBooking candidates on holiday, informing payroll and consultants of the days required for each employee.Auditing the files for each employee of Gi Group in order to determine that all the information required in the files was present, correct and up-to-date. This required working systematically and to very tight deadlines in order to complete the task on time

As a member of a team of recruitment consultants, I helped process applications by collecting references from referees by phone, fax or email and contacted the candidates by phone to determine their availability for roles and inform them of their hours. I filled out forms to record successful candidates on the payroll system. I deputised for the receptionist to let people enter the building, determine the reason for their visit and contact the relevant recruitment consultant as needed.
