With nearly two decades at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) since 2005, I have steadily progressed through the ranks from Transportation Security Officer (TSO), Lead TSO (LTSO), Supervisory TSO (STSO), to my current role as an HR Specialist. Each position has strengthened my leadership and operational skills, allowing me to support TSA’s mission of securing the nation's transportation systems.In my current HR role, I lead employee development initiatives like the Career Management Pathways (CMP) program, focusing on personalized career paths, resume reviews, and comprehensive training. I’m also passionate about employee well-being, spearheading a local Health and Wellness committee and contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion through my involvement with the People and Culture Council.My hands-on approach extends beyond HR, as I assist with floor operations during peak travel seasons and implement operational improvements. Recognized for my ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and mission-driven environment, I remain committed to helping TSA employees grow while enhancing the agency’s overall effectiveness.As I continue to expand my expertise, I am open to exploring new opportunities where my leadership, interpersonal skills, and operational expertise can be utilized to drive success in other roles or organizations.
