- Leading the production of the particular advertisement by managing the production operations and budgets, and overseeing post-production processes to lead the content to completion.- Taking the lead in all client presentations from the pre-production stage to the final presentation of the material.- Helps the agency to identify their best partners and suppliers to work with specific project. - Ensuring to give the best output and service to clients.- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, providing innovative solutions to challenges, and enhancing overall project success.

- Scouting for possible clients- Presenting credentials to different advertising agencies and clients- Attending and bidding for a project to be awarded- Doing the costings of a specific project- Ensuring the production is completed on time, within the budget, and to agreed artistic and technical standards- Making sure that the client services and finished projects were executed on time, flawless and par excellence

- Overseeing the schedules of every project and making sure timelines are being met- Making sure that everything runs smoothly from the beginning until the end of the project- Disseminating informations and gives command to the crew of their reponsibilities on a certain project- Scouting and managing any financial arrangements to secure location- Working and planning on the given production budget- Hiring of crews and suppliers- Managing and overseeing the whole production
