I’ve been working within our Platform Money In team for under two years I’ve quickly shown that I have the skills to be a strong team member. I’ve taken on manager duties within the past 4 months to develop my skills. I quickly learn new skills within the business which was proven with Price comparisons which I learned in December 2018 and I’ve quickly became the go to person for understanding and coaching on this. I provide monthly analysis to my managers on the progress within the team to find any training gaps.
