  - Providing an effective administrative and first line of contact client support role to the Offshore Manager.-The point of contact for all Africa and South Africa on-boarding related activities. -Provide ongoing feedback, training and coaching to the in-country sales representatives.- Responsible for all compliance issues relating to the new business application process for Offshore clients, holding a full knowledge of products, services and propositions.- Provide readily available sales and service focused knowledge to new and existing internal and external clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Ensuring that all documentation meets the necessary legislation requirements both locally and in the relevant Offshore jurisdiction.• Ensuring that all laid out procedures are adhered to, to mitigate risk.• Application of TCF principles in both administrative and sales functions• Enhancing data protection and cyber security measures (handling of client information/data)• Ensuring that all documents are handled in accordance with legislative requirements, while in origination process (POPI/GDPR/FICA/FAIS/etc.)• Disseminating relevant documents to the Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s) and Financial Planners as and when required, in line with legislative requirementsSales administrative support:• Providing Offshore related information to the relevant stakeholders in line with legislative requirements, i.e. factual product information, valuations etc. • Collaboration with the rest of the administrative team, to facilitate the capturing of applications, providing documentation, etc. within the required timeframes, in the furtherance of business objectives• Collaboration with the Manager, to action items on the lead management systems• Resolving all other sales and service related queries with the Offshore Manager and onboarding teams offshore within the prescribed timelines• Conducting audits on the destruction process
