Originally from Aberdeenshire and now fortunate to live in Edinburgh, one of the most unique places I have had the opportunity to live in. I am passionate about travel (especially the people you meet along the way).I have a variety of experience, mainly gained from Education settings (NESCOL; primary schools and University of Aberdeen) and also in local government in HR Support and as an Assistant PA to Director of Education. Working in the Visit Scotland iCentre I have developed my love of customer service skills, helping and inspiring visitors from all over the world, listening carefully to their needs and matching the best experience to ensure their visit to Scotland is memorable. This role has also introduced me to the retail sector where I have enjoyed learning about visual merchandising, sales techniques and sourcing of ShopLocal products. To be part of such an incredible multi-cultural team has taught me so much about myself and the need to always keep on top of new learning opportunities.
