With nearly 20 years of experience in the sustainability and responsible investment industry, I am a seasoned leader and innovator in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and data.Currently, I lead product development for the Licensed Ratings program at Morningstar Sustainalytics, a global leader in ESG ratings and research. I oversee a portfolio of products and services that enable corporate customers to leverage their Sustainalytics Risk Rating and advance their ESG journey.Previously, I built and led a customer success team of about 25 people responsible for managing over 500 of Sustainalytics' investor client accounts. We supported clients during onboarding and adoption of our ESG products and contributed to the growth and retention of our client base by identifying and pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.I also have experience in research, project management and operational excellence. I love working in dynamic environments, finding creative solutions to problems, leveraging technology to improve outcomes, and driving innovation efforts over the finish line. I enjoy empowering my teams and peers to do the same.My passion for social impact extends beyond my professional work. As a volunteer for Tinnitus Hub, I help improve the lives of people with tinnitus, a condition that severely affects my own life. I conduct research, write articles, and engage with the online patient community to raise awareness, share insights, and offer support. Through this work, I turn my personal challenge into a positive contribution.
