As a member of the senior leadership team I was responsible for contributing to the strategic plan of the business. As the National Training Manager I was responsible for analysing business needs, creating and implementing a training platform across all business units with a measurable return on investment whilst remaining within budgetary constraints. Being the HR specialist on site I was regularly requested to provide additional HR assistance to team leaders through recruitment and selection, performance management and performance appraisals.
