• Preparing the annual accounts and notes to the accounts. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards.• Preparing the quarterly VAT return and the annual partial exemption %.• Preparing the Corporation Tax return.• Cash flow and balance sheet forecast. Providing reports to the Finance Director to aide investment decisions.• Banking covenants compliance and production of relevant KPI’s.
