During my five-year leadership of Metro North's Culture, Engagement, and Wellbeing Program, I gained invaluable insights into the everyday challenges faced by leaders, managers, and frontline workers.My passion for coaching and leadership development is deeply rooted in my firsthand experiences and research, recognising how coaching can be a catalyst to effectively manage work demands, implement significant system changes, build leadership capability to attract and retain staff and foster a thriving workplace culture.
