My role purpose is to bring together in one central service expertise to plan to deliver site Mobilisation and De Mobilisation accross the UK. I support the Head of Site Mobilisation to ensure the Hub team develop close working relationships with BBPFS customers and collaborate effectivlely.

The purpose of my role is to optimise profitability & customer satisfaction through safe and effective delivery of the Accommodation service level.• Timely and accurate collation of risk assessments, lift plans and method statements in readiness for site installation, liaising with the Operations Manager, 3rd parties and the relevant site personnel as necessary.• Undertake Site Surveys and the preparation of all appropriate administration including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)• Oversee and manage accommodation de/installations • The safe and profitable operation of hires and sales of the Accommodation• Identification of new internal business opportunities aimed at growing the Plant & Accommodation activity.• Ensure and encourage continuous improvement in work practices and innovative solutions to increase added value and share and receive best practice.• Offer advice and expertise to customer as required.

I work in the plant & accomodation department supplying temporary accomodation nationwide.• On hire desk for accommodation department managing 1100+ units• Hired out temporary accommodation (cabins & modular buildings) to in house business units nationwide• Looking after repairs & maintenance to units when on site or refurbs in depots• Control of off hires & arranging transport of units to depots• Full control of stock & keeping cabin prep up to date daily• Going to depots to do stock takes• Arranging and also going to site to do visits for main set ups, on occasions to see installs/de installs, completing full RAMS including lift plan.• Arranging meetings frequently with suppliers & in house buyers for face to face values
