* Define business requirements, goals, KPIs and deliverables to measure the performance* Plan and optimize online marketing campaigns and events, with digital universe analysis and promotional strategy* Primary liaison between agency staff, client marketing teams and outsourced vendors for clients’ digital campaigns* Ensure all digital communications and contents are aligned with clients’ brand guideline and image* Manage clients' different digital platforms daily (e.g. website, CRM, social media platforms includes but not limited to Facebook, Weibo, twitter, Youtube,wechat)* Conduct and reports and analysis of the digital campaigns and activities* Event management and maintain good relationship with clients, partners and KOLs

* Develop marketing collaterals, collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs* Prepare marketing materials such as e-DM, DM, promotional leaflet * Manage the contents and platforms of company websites* Prepare briefing materials to various channels and collect feedbacks and responses of marketing programs* Conduct regular report and post-program evaluation for continuous improvement
