I ensure that I get full details of each individual requirement from the client before beginning the process of looking for suitable candidates to ensure that no time is wasted. Furthermore I ensure that the candidate has all the information they need regarding the opportunity, the client and are fully prepared and informed for interview. I use this process to maintain the excellent reputation that Integrity IT Solutions have built and to continue my own progression with this organisation.In addition to this the Account Management element of my role includes corresponding with clients to guarantee that the high level of service we provide is maintained and ensure that all elements of the recruitment process from initial introduction through to offer exceed the clients expectations.
