I am a Chartered Project Professional, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Member of APM, with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (BA (Hons)) First Class in History from Coventry University. I am the IT Project Manager at Plan International UK, delivering projects and providing expertise to support the business with technology change. A passionate and experienced Project Manager, I have experience of waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches to deliver technology projects and programmes in the construction, cultural heritage, and non-profit sectors. I am organised and committed, and love working with teams across the business to get the job done. I manage interdisciplinary, matrix teams, supporting them through the phases of team development to establish an enjoyable and supportive working environment.I believe relationships and communication are key in the delivery of projects, and I am always looking to develop my skills and knowledge as a leader.
