During her tenure in that role, she partnered with management to identify training needs and together, found innovative ways to improve operational efficiencies. Based on that knowledge, she created training manuals, conducted in person training, and leveraged technology to facilitate on-line training to hundreds of employees including senior management. As a result, it increased knowledge, skills, improved employee performance, increased organizational effectiveness and efficiencies which contributed to the success of the company. In 2014 Hazel received her Master Trainer and Coaching Certification from ATD, Association for Talent Development. 2017 she received her Consulting Skills Certification from ATD. Hazel has also attended numerous Professional Development seminars and webinars to stay current with technology and trends.
