In charge of sections of the Customer Loyalty Analytical report that had to be completed monthly and which was presented to Xerox directors for their input. This involved monitoring the lifecycle survey results that were completed by customers and correlating them into a large report. This provided Xerox with vital information on the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of their customers so that the department understood customers’ dissatisfaction and helped to resolve any recurring problems. A small part of the role involved contacting the customers to resolve their queries to increase their satisfaction. Achievements: Completing a training course in a business management strategy called Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to support some current projects.Creating an annual database of customer data for analysis.Receiving a thank you letter from a satisfied customer for helping with a query.Submitting accurate reports each month to directors.
