Processing of Conference and Group requirements with promoting the Hotel Group's conference and hospitality packages and experience, events co-ordination.• Plan logistical and administrative arrangements with various conference groups• Responsible for conferences, functions from planning to end.• Respond to the needs and requests of conference participants at all times• Organize and conduct site visits with clients. • Receive Client Enquiries and send out quotes.• Meet with necessary campus departments to arrange for services and equipment• Generate Sales and Booking Reports for senior management• Update Opera Sales & Catering system on all bookings, confirmed, provisional, cancellations, and postponed.• Regular Follow up on all quotations sent out to clients.• Coordinate audio-visual equipment, meeting room and dining room needs• Coordinating guests accommodation• Speaking with clients to schedule reservations • Preparing the appropriate contract and billing information for the group reservation.• Work with clients until the date of arrival to ensure quality services are provided.• Preparation of customer appreciation letters.
