As Lead Talent Manager, I was responsible for recruitment, learning & development and creating a culture that promotes opportunities for learning and progression across the family of seven hotels. I’ve been a key stakeholder in the development of our employee life cycle by improving on-boarding, annual performance reviews and promoting our management development and apprenticeship schemes.Recruitment• Hospitality is fast-paced and our hotels operate like this all year round. My primary responsibility was held for supporting the delivery of strategic business goals for Networks Transformation Programme by providing Business Change expertise to support the design and delivery of a series of enablement projects covering people, process and technology.
