Here's a breakdown of my key responsibilities:• Learning Management Systems (LMS):o Proficiently oversee the customization, and administration of the Learning Management System to streamline learning processes.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance LMS functionalities, ensuring they align with organizational learning objectives.o Support teams on through the efficient assignment of mandatory learnings • Onboarding:o Strategically utilize the Amazon Onboarding Tool to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees.o Manage content, functionalities, and upskilling of Learning Ambassadors to enhance the onboarding process.• Service Desk Management:o Efficiently address user inquiries, technical issues, and provide prompt resolutions to maintain uninterrupted access to learning resources.o Implement best practices in service desk management to enhance user satisfaction and optimize the overall learning support system.• Learning Tools License Management:o Take a strategic approach to manage learning tools licenses, aligning resources with organizational needs.o Oversee license acquisitions, renewals, and utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and the optimal functioning of educational tools.• Translation of Courses:o Spearhead the translation of courses to make learning materials accessible to a global audience.o Implement inclusive practices to ensure that translated content is culturally sensitive and meets the diverse needs of learners.• Dashboard Support: o Support the build, updates and quality of learning dashboards
