I am the Local Public Services England & Wales (LPS E&W) Account Manager and a key part of the leadership team on the account. The LPS E&W account is the largest priority account in GPS covering a variety of clients from Local Government and Councils, Policing, Regionalised Transport, Education and Housing. Our purpose and strategy are strongly intertwined with ‘Building a Better Working World’ as we concentrate on building stronger and sustainable communities supporting Local Government initiatives, working with Police and Community Services in protecting and improving our physical environment while also focusing on the most vulnerable citizens. I work with my GSCP and Leadership Team to drive account strategy and performance and pipeline integrity. As AC Team lead I drive consistency of quality & service across the GPS priority accounts and identify more efficient ways of working. I am a near shore home worker living in Belfast demonstrating successfully flexible working on an account where my Colleagues and Leadership Team span the length and breadth of Great Britain. I joined EY in 2000 as EA to the Belfast Managing Partner, Mike McKerr. After for 5 years I left to have my 2 children, now teenagers. I returned in June 2013 as AC to the LPS E&W account. Prior to EY I worked for Deloittes, Tesco, Capita Management Consultants and WJ Miscampbell in various roles.
