I am a trainee clinical psychologist and have always been curious about human behavior and the mind. I am the team leader and psychologist Mindful Conversations (Mindful Uganda) which is a safe space and forum aimed at creating a mentally aware and healthy Uganda by bridging the gap between people & mental health professionals through referrals, group therapy ,peer support, individual & specialized psychotherapy.
